Mentoring Circle: Set Talent Objectives

This Mentoring Circle is a pilot program to test design and feasibility of the concept. But! Even as a pilot, you'll find tremendous value in a discussion with me and fellow Talent Development professionals on setting strategic talent objectives. We will work together on setting 2 - 3 objectives to move your talent strategy forward. Specific outcomes of this Mentoring Circle: • Identify key talent challenges for your organization • Commit to two or three talent objectives for 2023 • Determine how you will share the talent objectives with customers and colleagues As a participant in the Mentoring Circle, you will receive a digital participant guide that supports the discussion (via pdf). Again, this is a pilot and will be offered just the once at $10. We both need motivation to show up on time, ready to engage - mine is to see if this works, yours is a minimal investment with helpful benefits for your talent development game.
