I have more than 20 years of experience in America's top Fortune 100 and 500 firms, developing and honing my craft in Talent Development. I designed, facilitated and implemented learning & development programs at IBM. I launched a corporate university and sales training at Capital One. I spent 12 amazing years leading and building the talent function at Southwest Airlines. Currently I serve as the Vice President, HR at Zachry Group.
I am passionate about developing and growing Talent Development professionals into talent experts who know their stuff and launch crazy cool talent solutions in their organizations. I've seen what works and what doesn't, and want to pass that along to you.
