Mentoring Circle: Talent Conversations

Service Description

Talent Conversations are abbreviated, informal talent reviews held frequently. I like to host them quarterly. They are fit for purpose, and a tool you can use whether you engage in traditional talent development or are just getting started. I believe they bring efficiency to talent development, so that when you get leaders together, you are making the most of their time and identifying actionable outcomes. In this Talent Mentoring Circle we'll learn about Talent Conversations for Leadership Teams and discuss how you can begin hosting them with your customer groups. Specific outcomes of this Mentoring Circle: • Learn the purpose and value of Talent Conversations for Leadership Teams • Hear how I've introduced and used Talent Conversations in my role • Discuss how you might introduce Talent Conversations to your customers A Talent Conversation Quick Start guide will be included with this Mentoring Circle.
